Every full time employee receives paid time off which increases with tenure. We also provide paid holidays for full time employees on the major holidays when our office is closed.

Retirement benefits

All employees are invited to participate in a 401(k) plan through John Hancock after one year of employment with matching donations by the company at a one to one ratio for the first 3%, then a ½ to one ratio for the next 2%.
