Since opening, we have also added Nurse Practitioners Amanda Polhemus, CPNP-PC, PMHS, and Taryn Shaw, CPNP-PC, PMHS, to our care team. Located in the heart of the Charleston peninsula, SouthernMED strives to welcome growing families of Charleston and surrounding areas through providing quality care and service.
