To help protect our patients, families, and staff during a current measles outbreak, we ask that you complete a brief symptom check before scheduling your appointment.

This quick screening helps guide you to the safest type of visit — whether that’s for an in-office appointment or a virtual visit.

1) Is your child requesting an appointment for any of the following symptoms?

Fever AND cold symptoms, including cough, runny nose, or congestion.
