Hayley Church, MSN, CPNP-PC

Hayley Church, MSN, CPNP-PC, is a pediatric nurse practitioner who earned her BSN from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2019 and her MSN from Duke University in 2022. She completed a specialty track in pediatric behavioral and developmental health, with advanced training in caring for medically complex infants and children, including those transitioning from the NICU to outpatient and community-based care. Born and raised in the Carolinas, Hayley began practicing at SouthernMED in December 2025 and has 2.5 years of clinical experience. She values strong, trusting relationships with families and is committed to providing family-centered care. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, cooking, musical theater, and dance, and spending time with her husband, son, and their border collie, Luna.
