Rhonda Ford is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a passion for assisting others as she brings decades of experience working in the mental health field. She enjoys working with children, adolescents and families. She believes in helping individuals unveil their strengths to live to their full potential. She also believes that each individual has the ability to live their best life as they sometimes just need to learn the right techniques and tools that will allow them to do just that!
Rhonda began her journey straight out of undergraduate school as she worked in group home and residential facility settings for three years. She then moved to Charlotte, NC and worked four years with people with disabilities in the community. Rhonda moved back home to Charleston, SC and began working in vocational counseling where she worked for 10 years. She has extensive experience with working with children and adults of various cultures and ethnicities. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and also completed her Masters of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling (Webster University) and in Rehabilitation Counseling (SC State University).
