Simple, Transparent Care—No Insurance Required
SouthernMED Pediatrics is committed to making high-quality pediatric care available to families without insurance. For self-pay patients, payment is due at the time of the visit, with clear pricing provided in advance. The fee covers your child’s appointment and clinical evaluation. Additional charges from third-party organizations—including Labcorp, hospital laboratories, or outside offices to which your child is referred—are billed separately and are not managed by SouthernMED Pediatrics.
Self-Pay Visit Rates
Below are standard self-pay rates for common visit types. If you have questions about pricing or your child’s specific needs, our team is happy to help guide you.

- $140-160 for well child checks

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
Know What to Expect for Your Visit Costs
You may request a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated cost of your child’s care. This estimate can help you understand your expected financial responsibility before the appointment. For visits scheduled at least three business days in advance, estimates are typically provided within one business day. For visits scheduled 10 or more business days in advance, estimates are provided within three business days.
