Online Scheduling

Care that's convenient, scheduled on your time.

We offer online scheduling for established patients at all offices. To start, select the visit reason from the choices below. To see availabilities at multiple offices, select desired locations in the location drop down.

Things to know before you schedule online:

  1. Who can schedule online? Online scheduling is only for active established patients who are in good standing. You will be asked to verify your child's demographic information before proceeding to appointment selection. New patients should call their office to provide key demographic information and to schedule their first appointment. Patients who have not been seen in our office within the last 3 years will also need to re-establish care. Please call our office to schedule. Patients with a collections balance must pay their delinquent balance in full or set up payment arrangements through our billing office prior to being seen in the office.
  2. Scheduling siblings? If multiple children or siblings need to be seen, each child must have their own separate appointment with the same provider. Parents/guardians are required to go through the online scheduling process for each child individually. Parents or guardians may schedule appointments for multiple children with different providers at the same time, however, additional authorized adults will be required to accompany child(ren) to the other provider's exam room.
  3. Your visit reason matters. The type or reason of the appointment scheduled will determine the scope of the evaluation. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if the reason selected is not the reason you need to be seen. An example would be if you are scheduled for a sick visit, we will focus solely on addressing the illness or symptoms you are experiencing. A well check or other preventive care will not be evaluated during this visit. If you wish to have a separate appointment for a well check, please let us know, and we will be happy to reschedule.
  4. Schedule well checks 365 days apart. Our practice advises against scheduling annual well visits within 365 days of your last well visit due to the potential denial of coverage by your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company if you are unsure of when you will be eligible for another wellness exam.

  6. Looking for a Saturday appointment? We offer same-day sick visits at our Lake Murray and Aiken offices from 9am-1pm. Please check our Lake Murray Saturday schedule or our Aiken Saturday schedule for availability.
  7. Please note: Patients that are scheduled inappropriately through the online tool may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
