SouthernMED Pediatrics – Lake Murray is the flagship practice of our SouthernMED family of pediatric practices. Opened in 2008 by founding physicians Dr. Joseph Delaney and Dr. R. Kyle Guyton, their focus has never changed – to provide high quality, compassionate healthcare to the families of the Lexington area. With Lexington being the hometown to Dr. Guyton, the choice for a location to be the anchor for SouthernMED was easy. Families will be well served under the care of Dr. Delaney and Dr. Guyton, as well as Dr. Krystin Jack, Dr. Kristen Neil, Dr. Andrew Pittard and Nurse Practitioners Meredith Jernigan, FNP and Heather Yeh, CPNP-PC. Our Lake Murray office is also proud to offer in-office lactation services with Heidi Cochran, RN, IBCLC.
