Dr. Krystin Jack MD
Dr. Krystin Jack earned her medical degree from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine, where she served as pediatric chief resident. Dr. Jack joined SouthernMED Pediatrics in 2021 and sees patients at the after-hours clinic, as well as for daytime well-child and sick visits.

Dr. Krystin Jack earned her medical degree from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine, where she served as pediatric chief resident.
Dr. Jack joined SouthernMED Pediatrics in June 2021. She provides care at the practice’s after-hours clinic on most days of the week, helping families access pediatric services beyond regular office hours.
In addition to her after-hours availability, Dr. Jack sees patients for daytime well-child visits and sick visits. She is committed to meeting the routine and immediate health needs of children and families.
