Dr. John Carroll MD
Dr. John Carroll earned his undergraduate degree from Wofford College and his medical degree from the USC School of Medicine. He completed his pediatric training at Palmetto Health Richland Memorial Hospital in 1998 and has practiced in Columbia ever since. He joined SouthernMED Pediatrics in 2020. Outside of work, he enjoys coin collecting and time with his wife and three children.

Dr. Carroll earned his undergraduate degree from Wofford College and his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He completed his pediatric training at Palmetto Health Richland Memorial Hospital in 1998.
Born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, Dr. Carroll has practiced pediatrics in Columbia since completing his training. His experience includes 11 years with Children’s Choice Pediatrics. He joined SouthernMED Pediatrics in January 2020.
Outside of work, Dr. Carroll enjoys coin collecting and spending time with his wife, Ashton, and their three children.
