Dr. Luke Pruitt MD
Dr. Luke Pruitt earned his biology degree from the University of South Carolina, his master’s degree from Clemson University, and his medical degree from MUSC. He completed his pediatric residency at Walter Reed Medical Center and has more than four decades of experience. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, two sons, and three grandchildren and teaches Sunday school at his church.

Bio and Work History
Dr. Luke Pruitt earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina and his master’s degree from Clemson University. He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his pediatric residency at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, D.C., in 1982.
A native of Honea Path, South Carolina, Dr. Pruitt has more than four decades of experience in pediatrics. Throughout his career, he has served children and families at practices including Sandhills Pediatrics and Eau Claire Pediatrics.
Dr. Pruitt married his high school sweetheart, Teresa, and they have two sons and three grandchildren. They are active members of Lexington First Baptist Church, where he teaches Sunday school.
