Dr. Ugochi Cantave earned her biology degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her clinical training at Nassau University Medical Center. A board-certified pediatrician with more than 15 years of experience, she joined SouthernMED Pediatrics in 2026 and cares for children from infancy through adolescence.

Dr. Ugochi Cantave earned her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana. She earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her clinical training at Nassau University Medical Center.
A board-certified pediatrician with more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Cantave has been practicing pediatrics since 2009. She joined SouthernMED Pediatrics in January 2026.
