Jacquelyn Walker Ed.S., LPC, NCC

Jackie earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from South Carolina State University and her Ed.S. in counselor education from Clemson University. Using a trauma-informed approach, she helps children, adolescents, and families address anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, autism, and school stress. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, theatre, shopping, Legos, and robotics.

Bio and Work History

Jackie earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and her master’s degree from South Carolina State University. In 2025, she completed her Education Specialist degree in counselor education at Clemson University. After five years in practice, she joined SouthernMED Counseling in January 2026.

As a National Certified Counselor, Jackie works with children, adolescents, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, autism spectrum needs, and school-related stress. She uses a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to help clients strengthen confidence, build resilience, and develop healthier connections. Jackie values partnering with families during important periods of growth and change.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys traveling, shopping, and attending art and theatre events. She also enjoys creative hobbies, including building with Legos and working with robotics.
