Meredith Jernigan, FNP

Meredith graduated from Irmo High School with honors and then furthered her education at the University of South Carolina’s College of Nursing. In 2009, she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She began working as a pediatric nurse at Lexington Medical Center while pursuing a graduate degree. Meredith graduated in 2011 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing and joined SouthernMED Pediatrics in 2012 as their nurse practitioner. She lives in Irmo, SC with her husband, Josh, their children, Caroline, William and Elizabeth, and their dog, Winnie. She is an active member of Christ’s Sanctified Holy Church.
