Kathryn earned her bachelor’s degree and Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. With over 15 years of experience serving children and adolescents, she specializes in attention concerns, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, parenting, and developmental delays. She has worked in school-based mental health, early intervention, and medically complex pediatric programs.

Kathryn earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. Raised in Northeast Columbia, she has provided a variety of services to children, adolescents, and families throughout the Midlands for more than 15 years.
Before joining SouthernMED Counseling, Kathryn worked as a school-based mental health counselor with Lexington County Community Mental Health. She also provided early intervention services to young children with developmental delays through Easterseals and helped families navigate new diagnoses, medical needs, and behavioral concerns through the Palmetto Health Medically Fragile Children’s Program. Kathryn specializes in attention concerns, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, parenting, and developmental delays.
Kathryn continues to live in the Midlands with her husband and their two young children. Her longstanding connection to the area complements her dedication to serving children and families throughout the community.
