View your child’s health information and communicate with our care team whenever you need to through the Patient Portal and Healow app.
With the portal, you can:
- Schedule appointments and review upcoming visits
- Request prescription refills and immunization records
- View visit summaries and vaccination history
- Send secure messages to our team
- Access medications, insurance information, and more
Getting started is simple. Contact our office to request an invitation and set up your account.

Downloading The Healow App
Getting started with the patient portal app is simple. Contact our office to set up your account and begin managing your child’s care right from your phone.
- Download the App
Search “healow” in the App Store or Google Play and install the app (black icon with teal “h”) - Enter Patient Details
Open the app and enter your child’s name and date of birth - Find Your Practice
Enter practice code BDIEAA for SouthernMED, and continue - Log In
Use your existing portal username and password to sign in - Set Up & Manage
Enable Face ID or a PIN for easy access, and add siblings using the “Link Profile” option
