Taylor Radley FNP
Taylor attended nursing school at South University and began her career in orthopedic surgery, gaining five years of experience in orthopedic trauma. She later returned to South University to earn her master’s degree while continuing to work. Originally from Charleston, Taylor now lives in Lexington with her husband, child, and two dogs. She enjoys spending time at the lake and traveling.

Bio and Work History
Taylor relocated from Charleston to Columbia to attend nursing school at South University. After graduating, she began working in orthopedic surgery with a specialization in orthopedic trauma. She later returned to South University and earned her master’s degree while continuing to work.
Taylor brings five years of orthopedic trauma experience to her role and is excited to apply her clinical background while serving children and families in the community.
Taylor lives in the Lexington area with her husband, Karl, their child, and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the lake, walking her dogs, and traveling—especially throughout Asia.
