Dr. Krystin Jack

Dr. Krystin Jack joined the SouthernMED team in June of 2021. After obtaining her Doctor of Medicine from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, Dr. Jack completed her residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine where she was Pediatric Chief Resident.

Dr. Jack's clinical expertise lends itself to our after-hours clinic on most days of the week, and she is also available for well/sick visits during the day. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Jack, please call 803-520-5800.
